What can I report?toggle arrow
You can report any work-related problems that may be difficult to discuss with your manager face-to-face. This may include bullying, discrimination (based on race, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc.), non-fulfillment of corporate culture, non-compliance with OSH and corporate regulations or directives, theft, embezzlement, damage to society (property and reputation), damage to colleagues' property, mental health problems (depression, anxiety, burnout, etc.), or even physical aggression.
Who has access to the reports?toggle arrow
We send reports to those authorised by the company to deal with the issues. It may be a HR manager or company management.
What information does FaceUp have access to?toggle arrow
FaceUp does not have access to the reports and we cannot read them. All reports are encrypted on the path to the recipient.
How is data protection ensured?toggle arrow
At FaceUp, we take your privacy very seriously. We comply with the Regulation No. 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, also known as GDPR, which sets the highest privacy and data protection standards in the world. Neither FaceUp nor any third party has access to your data that is securely encrypted and stored on AWS. Access to the administration is protected by two-factor authentication and the antispam system reCAPTCHA, FaceUp does not store users' IP addresses. How much does the platfrom cost?toggle arrow
The price depends on the selected version and the number of employees. For more information, see the "Features" page.
What if I forget the PIN for my report?toggle arrow
For the security reasons, there is no way to reset a PIN for your report. You can only send a new report and get a new PIN code.
