What can I report?
You can report any work-related problems that may be difficult to discuss with your manager face-to-face. This may be bullying (mobbing, bossing, staffing, sexual harassment), discrimination (based on race, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc.), non-fulfillment of corporate culture, non-compliance with OSH and corporate regulations or directives, theft, embezzlement, damage to society (property and reputation), damage to colleagues' property, mental health problems (depression, anxiety, burnout, etc.), or even physical aggression.
Who has access to the reports?
We send reports to those authorised by the company to deal with the issues. You will see their names before sending the report - It may be a HR manager or company management. No one will know who sent the report and from what device.
What information does FaceUp have access to?
FaceUp does not have access to the reports and we cannot read them. All reports are encrypted on the path to the recipient.
How is data protection ensured?
At FaceUp, we take your privacy very seriously. We comply with the Regulation No. 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, also known as GDPR, which sets the highest privacy and data protection standards in the world. Neither FaceUp nor any third party has access to your data that is securely encrypted and stored on AWS. Access to the administration is protected by two-factor authentication and the antispam system reCAPTCHA, FaceUp does not even store users' IP addresses. How much does the platfrom cost?
The price depends on the selected version and the number of employees. For more information, see the Features
page. FaceUp is always free of charge for employees.
What if I forget the PIN for my report?
For the security reasons, there is no way to reset a PIN for your report. You can only send a new report and get a new PIN code.
